Our certified organic coconut trees couldn’t ask for a better upbringing. Loved and nurtured on a small, single-estate family farm in a pristine eco-system, they push their roots deep into fertile sandy soil, and lift their faces to the hot sun and refreshing tropical rains in an area renowned for growing the most delicious coconuts in Thailand. Absolutely no agro-chemicals are allowed on this farm—just tried-and-true traditional practices like mixed-cropping, mulching and composting—and an extended family of crops and wildlife that ensure rich biodiversity. In the groves, the trees snuggle happily with feathery asparagus, sweet pomegranates and exotic jackfruit; and resident komodo dragons strut on the edge of mangrove-wading canals, rich with bird and aquatic life.

Production

At the peak of their nutrition and flavour, FeedingChange coconuts are gently hand-harvested and taken to our production facility just 15 minutes from the farm.  Every care is taken to preserve all the essential nutrients and enzymes, as the meat is meticulously hand-scooped from the shell and then frozen.  And it stays frozen—throughout its journey, to the freezer aisle in leading organic grocery and premium health food retailers—until you are ready to use it in countless, delectable ways.
