Chickpea Miso Soup

Chickpeas, not soybeans, star in this fresh, unpasteurized, organic miso soup recipe.

Use 1-1.5 Tbsp of FeedingChange Chickpea Miso per one cup (8 fl oz) water, or to taste
Boil water with micro-planed fresh ginger
Remove from heat, then add miso paste, stirring occasionally until completely dissolved

Garnish with:

  • Green onions
  • Crimini mushrooms
  • Julienned carrots
  • Arame or another sea veg like wakame, hiziki, or dulse
